CharterUP Honeymoon Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The CharterUP Honeymoon Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by CharterUP, LLC ("Sponsor"), with principal offices located in the United States.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform used to promote the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to:

• Legal residents of the United States
• Who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry
• Who are engaged, recently married, or planning a honeymoon

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CST on February 27, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on March 27, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").

Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by:

• Following the social media prompts and completing the official entry form on the designated CharterUP landing page
• Providing required contact information
• Agreeing to these Official Rules

Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• $5,000 USD cash (awarded via check or electronic transfer)
• Roundtrip CharterUP Sprinter service to and from the airport for departure and return related to the winner’s honeymoon (subject to availability and geographic service coverage)

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000+ depending on transportation location and distance.

Transportation must:

• Be within CharterUP’s service areas
• Be scheduled in advance
• Occur within twelve (12) months of winner selection

If CharterUP service is unavailable in the winner’s geographic location, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the transportation portion of the prize with a cash equivalent.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about March 31, 2026.

Winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry.

If the selected winner does not respond within five (5) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Winner may be required to sign:

• An Affidavit of Eligibility
• A Liability Release
• A Publicity Release (where permitted by law)

7. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, city/state, and submitted content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion
• Disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Technical failures of any kind
• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize acceptance

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of any prize.

10. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sponsor is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a written request to CharterUP within sixty (60) days of the Sweepstakes end date.

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
