1. Sponsor
The CharterUP World Cup Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by CharterUP, LLC ("Sponsor"), with principal offices located in the United States.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, FIFA, or any other platform or organization associated with the promotion or the World Cup tournament.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to:
- Legal residents of the United States
- Who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry
- Who are able to attend a World Cup quarterfinal match, if selected for the Grand Prize
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM CST on June 8, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on July 2, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period").
Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by:
- Following CharterUP on the designated social media platform
- Completing the official entry form available via the link in CharterUP's Instagram bio: CharterUP.com/Live
- Submitting their favorite World Cup moment through the entry form
- Tagging their World Cup watch party crew in the designated Sweepstakes post
Liking the post is encouraged but not required for entry eligibility.
Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's sole discretion.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize Structure
Prizes will be awarded in three (3) phases during the Sweepstakes Period.
Phase 1 Prizes
On or about June 18, 2026, Sponsor will select five (3) winners. Each winner will receive:
- One (1) cash prize of $250 USD
- One (1) soccer team jersey selected based on the winner's indicated favorite World Cup team, subject to availability
Phase 2 Prizes
On or about June 25, 2026, Sponsor will select three (2) winners. Each winner will receive:
- One (1) cash prize of $500 USD
- One (1) soccer team jersey selected based on the winner's indicated favorite World Cup team, subject to availability
Phase 3 Grand Prize
On or about July 2, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) Grand Prize winner who will receive:
- Two (2) tickets to a 2026 World Cup quarterfinal match selected by the winner from available eligible matches identified in the entry form, subject to ticket availability
- One (1) cash prize of $1,000 USD
- Match-day transportation, subject to availability and geographic limitations
Specific match, seat locations, transportation vehicle type, routing, and scheduling are determined solely by Sponsor.
If transportation service is unavailable in the winner's geographic area or operational limitations prevent fulfillment, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the transportation portion with a cash equivalent or alternate transportation arrangement.
All prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted by Sponsor on or about the dates listed above from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Winners will be notified using the contact information provided during entry submission or via direct message on the applicable social media platform.
If a selected winner:
- Cannot be contacted
- Fails to respond within five (5) days
- Is determined to be ineligible
- Fails to complete required documentation
Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Winners may be required to sign:
- An Affidavit of Eligibility
- A Liability Release
- A Publicity Release (where permitted by law)
7. Publicity
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city/state, social media handle, submitted content, and any related photos or statements for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
By submitting your entry, you consent to receive marketing and promotional emails from CharterUP LLC. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is handled.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be:
- Tampering with the entry process
- Violating these Official Rules
- Acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries
- Technical malfunctions or failures of any kind
- Interrupted or unavailable network, server, or platform connections
- Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize
The “CUP2WC” promotional discount offer is valid for eligible World Cup-related transportation bookings only. Discount value is limited to the lesser of five percent (5%) of the total trip cost or $500 USD. To qualify, trip drop-off locations must be within designated World Cup host cities and all travel must be completed on or before August 1, 2026.
Discount is not available through online booking. To redeem the offer, customers must call (855) 920-1812 and mention promotional code “CUP2WC” at the time of booking. Offer subject to availability and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
10. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Winner List
A winner list may be made available upon request where required by applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to provide winner information in a manner consistent with applicable privacy laws and promotional regulations.
