Months of Preparation, Flawless Execution

After engaging with this client months ahead of the conference, CharterUP worked closely with event organizers through multiple planning sessions and on-site visits to understand every aspect of attendee movement.

Throughout the conference, CharterUP coordinated multiple staging areas across Las Vegas to support hotel pickups, off-site transportation, and continuous shuttle service to and from the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Vehicles cycled throughout the day, while the operations team monitored vehicle movement, adjusted schedules as needed, and maintained consistent communication with drivers and event organizers.
