Great coaches do more than coach. They inspire, mentor, teach and make a lasting impact on the athletes and communities around them.

That’s why CharterUP is bringing back Driving Greatness for Year 2. We’re giving one outstanding coach $20,000 in appreciation of the difference they’re making. That’s $10,000 in cash for the coach and $10,000 in CharterUP transportation credit for their team.

Want to go above and beyond for your coach?

Share your nomination on camera. Record a quick video explaining why your coach deserves to be recognized, post it to Instagram and tag @CharterUP. We’ll repost and amplify your coach’s story, and video nominations will receive extra consideration during the judging process.

October 6 – Contest Begins
October 30 at 11:59pm CT – Nominations Close
- Final day to submit your nomination.
November 3 – Finalists Announced & Community Voting Begins
- Five finalists will be announced, and the community will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite. Rally your team, school and community to support your coach.
November 16 at 11:59pm CT – Voting Closes
- Final day to cast your vote.
November 18 – Winner Announced
- One coach will be named the 2026 Driving Greatness winner and receive $10,000 in cash, while their team receives $10,000 in CharterUP transportation credit.
